It's recommended to choose branded wood flooring, as the formaldehyde content in these floors meets national environmental standards. Although tile manufacturing and laying doesn't use glue, the raw materials for tiles contain some radioactive minerals. Therefore, it's essential to choose products from reputable manufacturers.

5. Repair and After-Sales Service

With cement, tiles are difficult to repair if the underfloor heating system malfunctions, requiring the tiles to be removed. Wood flooring is different; it's easier to install and remove, and repairs are much simpler if the underfloor heating system malfunctions. Clearly, wood flooring is superior in this aspect.

Is wood flooring or tiles better for underfloor heating? In general, tiles on underfloor heating systems heat up and cool down quickly, but maintenance is more troublesome in the long run; wooden flooring is aesthetically pleasing, looks more upscale, has better temperature stability, and is more comfortable.
